2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
RISKTAKER products are produced in limited quantities. Product availability, sizing, colors, images, descriptions, and prices may change at any time without notice.
Because our products may be intentionally designed with vintage, distressed, washed, or worn-in characteristics, variations in color, texture, fading, distressing, printing, and finish may occur from one item to another. These variations are part of the intended design and are not necessarily defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately; however, your device or screen may display colors differently.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Product availability issues
- Incorrect customer information
- Excessive or abusive orders
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the canceled order.
4. PRE-ORDERS
Certain RISKTAKER products may be offered as pre-orders.
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product before it is ready to ship. The estimated shipping or fulfillment date provided on the product page is an estimate and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Pre-orders are not guaranteed to ship on a specific date unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions before completing your purchase.
5. SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. RISKTAKER is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
RISKTAKER is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, or other unforeseen events.
6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, RISKTAKER is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and damaged product so we can review the situation.
7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, eligible items may be returned or exchanged according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Items must meet the requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy. Certain limited-release, sale, customized, or final-sale products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
RISKTAKER reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and confirmed, except where required by law.
